One of the best places to check out what exactly Google knows about you and how much it knows is to head over to its ads setting page where(if you are signed in to your Google account) you will notice a profile Google has built for you based on your search history,youtube history,gmail history and interests.Say as for example,it might know that you are a female, aged between 18 to 24 years and interested in marketing,cooking,electronic goods and mobile phones.
Google doesn't make a huge research on any users,but at the same time doesn't even hide it from you either.This is how to find out what Google knows and take control of your data:
Google saves your every voice search: Google's voice search habit have been reported many times.Anyone who uses Google Now for voice searches,their data along with their voices used to be saved on Google server,in order to provide them with the most accurate and possible ads according to their search preferences.And the most important thing is that many users don't know even that their voice search has been recorded on Google and they can listen exactly what they have speak out.
Now how to delete this feature : If you are using any of the Google voice search services for yourself,then head to Google's Voice and Audio activity page(by clicking here on the link you can directly go to the page) to review your voice searches and listen back to them.Be warned,this could be a happy moment for you or could be a sad one as well.
To delete this database of embarrassing searches select one or more of the recording from the check box beside them and then click on "delete" at the top of the screen.

How to delete this feature: If you'd rather not have a list of ridiculous search queries stored up,then head to Google's history page, click menu(the three vertical dots) and then click advanced->All time->delete.

Google's location history,or timeline page,serves up a Google map and allows you to select specific dates and times and sees where you were.Its accuracy depends on whether you were signed into Google account and whether you were carrying a mobile phone or tablet at the time.
How to delete this feature: When you visit the timeline page you can go to settings in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and select delete all from there.
There's also an option to pause location history by clicking the big button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
But this one is a bit trickier to completely get rid off,because to completely stop it happening in the future you'll need to opt out of both location tracking and location reporting with your device--whether you are running android or iOS operating system.
